Where is Marijuana Legal

Laws on marijuana have changed in recent years, once seen as unacceptable cannabis is slowly becoming more and more accepted, the use and smoking of cannabis has become more and more popular and become a hot topic in current trends.

 

Around the world the use of cannabis is a different story.

Possession of Cannabis is illegal in majority of countries around the world due to the International Opium Convention which is a treaty established in 1925. Although, some nations disregard the treaty or don’t enforce it.

Argentina, Bangladesh, Cambodia, Canada, Chile, Colombia, the Czech Republic, India, Jamaica, Jordan, Mexico, Portugal, Spain, Uruguay and the Netherlands, all consider cannabis legal or tolerated.
